Diwali or Deepavali is a popular Indian Festival where-in every kid within us awaits for the moment to burst the evening crackers. 😁 As per the Indian Culture, it is also  associated with the phrase - " ***TAMASO MAA JYOTHIR GAMAYAA*** "

Every human being, usually assumes knowledge to be bound & limited within the ambit of their experience & comprehension capability. Earlier as well we have discussed in earlier blogs that there are many unknown unknowns. 

The only education that can lead us to more truer nature of ourselves is the spiritual education. Which is  the prime reason for considering spiritual education as primary education during olden days in Indian Culture.

Nonetheless, Any Education learnt from heart is a great spiritual experiential education.

Also, in the business world & real world there are well defined frameworks and algorithms which keep on evolving and changing. { Change is always constant }

Today on this special occasion; I would like to recollect the learnings of Blue Ocean Strategy Book, where the authors clearly mention about the red ocean { *Where there is already of excess competition and we limit our thinking to that Space and apply the frameworks & algorithms* } and suggest to explore the blue ocean. While I was reading that book it made me to shatter my existing beliefs and learning and made me to impart new learnings and methodologies.

Like this there are numerous books that help each one of us to expand our horizons of thinking and improves our comprehension capability. 

To Conclude, Take Aside some time to Shutdown Social Media and pick a book that can curse the darkness of our ignorance.

Communication has been the key for any relationship. However, most people say it is trust; but it is a derivative of communication and intimacy space shared by each other.

In every relationship there are two actors and ideally I look it as a leader & follower relationship; However, the roles would be changing depending upon the situation. Relationship is a complex space of pullings and pushing of many wants, desires, needs and impulses. Nonetheless, Communication with Clarity remains one of the most important aspect.

COVID-19 & Work-From-Home has placed many of the youngsters at stress because they are finding tough time to have a quality and trustful relationship with their colleagues. { Must Read Link for Millennials - [Link](https://www.explore-life.com/en/articles/communication-is-the-key#:~:text=In%20relationships%2C%20communication%20allows%20to,are%20highly%20valued%20in%20leaders.)}

There are several cases where the ego comes in between to initiate the conversation and the relationship usually remains in limbo after the quarrel or mis-understandings. Usually, most of the Millennials are finding it tough to Manage the Conflict in their relationships. I had tough time earlier and I had to let the relationship go.\

Usually Conflict plays an unavoidable part in any relationship and takes emotional toll on either of the parties. Try to fit in one of the above mentioned styles ([*in Fig2.*]{.underline}) in managing the conflict.\

Other best way to avoid the conflict is to stop creating perceptions. There are situations I have seen where we watch the intelligent TV Series on NetFlix and start judging the people in the real world. We are actually  impersonating the character from the drama into the real life; and in reality doing nothing.

To Conclude, Let us give a Chance to Ourselves to Change Thyself in improving our Interpersonal Skills.

Knight G1 to F3 is usually considered as an aggressive opening move in chess. Beginners usually get alerted when the opponent begins his game with this step.

Does it has a distinctive advantage!!!!

When i asked couple of my friends, they clearly said that it may help; but the core of the game lies in how we manage and control the centre of the board.

Usually I consider Chess as a high cerebral game as we need to calculate several permutations ahead ( say at-least for two steps ahead ) to take incharge of the chessboard. When there is no first move advantage then why to grope our heads in making the move first! (or) if someone is ahead because of his first move ; Core game is to take incharge on game and not on first right move.

If we extend this to a society setting; it makes no such difference. I have myself experienced where-in i have changed my opine about a person after framing my first impression ( I bet most of you would have too ). Still we dwell so much on how to create a first best impression as there is an existing belief i.e.; first best impression will be a lasting impression.

[***Note***]{.underline}*: The First Impressions might be good if the situation is a transient like an interview on a business pitch in an elevator descent etc.; However, there are many cases we would have listened these days that job fitment or business value proposition rules in either of the places than the invisible or intangible first impression we want to create.*

This has been an interesting thought process that came to my mind today; Hope you may add or refute to the thought process.

Why to worry on the invisible/intangible tool if that doesn't fit in your toolkit?

To Conclude, It is **both the means and the end goal that matters** and not either of them or nor the milestones flagships.

 [***Note***]{.underline}: This is not related to Value & Belief System

Few popular beliefs that we have in India are - " South Indians can't articulate much ", " By the age of 28 we have to get settled in life ", " The way they dress-up dictates their inner confidence " , " If a women boozes it is not right ", " Seeing is Believing " and etc.;

Beliefs are Tenets that help us to navigate the complex world for our comfort. As Brain is an energy expense organ it looks for short cuts to arrive at these beliefs based on our experience, information we processed and what we see.

If a person is having a belief that his belief system. If two people has the same belief it becomes a shared belief. If say entire community has that belief that it becomes a larger unquestionable belief. If say the entire community has that belief for a generation or a decade then most probably it becomes an axiom. 

The formation of these axioms has the same principles across organizations, homes and society. Most interesting aspect is that the formation of shared beliefs are stronger at younger age. The belief of person is authority has a larger influence on the downward hierarchy for the formation of belief system (*For example, children are strongly predisposed to believe their parents, and, as adults, we are inclined to believe authorities. Try experimenting to stepping down from authority - you will see that at times the same beliefs would not become shared and penetrated.* )

**Now when there is an axiom; why to worry about the truth???**

The Triumph of Truth gives a lasting pleasure than to be in the existing beliefs; Which of course helps us to learn from our mistakes and ignorances;

One such life story which i still remember to date is about the life story of Galileo Galilei who has faced all the odds and at the cost of personal ruin to tell about the truth to the world.

- Most Important hurdle in human life is to challenge their own inner core belief system. Once, we get convinced rest should be a piece of cake.
