I believe the original explainer already contained most of the requested information, so this is mostly about moving the sections in a different order. There are some useful **additions**: - Considered alternatives: HTTP header. - Acknowledgement section. **Reformulation**: I believe some parts might have been misunderstood or lacked clarity. This patch improves it.
