Hi guy,

I've got this issue when updating desktop wallet to 2.9. I tried multiple times but no luck.

Hey, sorry for the delayed answer.

  • What was the previous version that you had installed before the update?
  • Are you able to access the Developer Console? If yes, could you please provide more details about what do you see there?

If you need any further help, please let us know.

Hi @davimello28 ,

  1. Previous version: 2.8.1
  2. I updated manually by downloading .exe so I cant give you logs.

I see some people getting same issue.

We are already taking a look into that. It seems to be affecting others and we managed to reproduce the issue. As soon we have a fix for that, I will post it here.

Under any circumstance, feel free to keep us posted in case you need further assistance.

This actually should be resolved for the next release. Users may be required to do a manual update to the next release again to get back on track, as it looks like the Windows builds were being signed using the Apple certificate which caused issues with electron-update.

Resolved in #1843
