Overview

User wanted a setting for "block fade"
The current block physics didnt cancelled block fading.

Fixes
#124

Description

Added a setting: "disable-fading"
Added Listener for "BlockFadeEvent" named BlockFadeListener
Registered the BlockFadeListener in BuildersUtilities class
