IP::Geo> Is Using Free API from http://ip-api.com.

CONSTRUCTOR

new ( IP );

Creates an CIP::Geo. it receives one parameters , it's passed to the ; if the API fails, the object is return empty. Otherwise, it is returned "ERROR: Fails".
