Add function to move gripper to a specific position #70

I would like to be able to move the gripper to a particular position. For the servo gripper I'm using, when there's an object in the gripper, closing the gripper entirely results in stalling of the servo. Thus I must perform a partial close instead by moving the gripper to a particular position.

Thank you for your contribution!

The PR does not necessarily follow the way in which other interfaces are initialized, but there is no reason not to merge it.
