Add support for iNES Mapper 007 (AxROM) which should enable Battletoads and Marble Madness. Add support for one-screen mirroring. (bit broken at the moment)
AxROM doesn't seem to work yet, but MMC1 games (TMNT II) are looking much better. I wonder what I've done wrong... maybe other stuff is broken, as it seems AxROM are sensitive.

This should add support for one-screen mirroring as well as mapper 7 support (AxROM). However, something is quite wrong--the mapper is pretty simple so I think this exposes some other weaknesses (particularly with the PPU). Not sure though, I've been wrong before.
