We are using Zenhub for our Project management. Sign-up on Zenhub and install the browser extension (Chrome, Firefox, etc).
Issues have the following prefixes according to their categories.
- Ch: chores, this are basic routine work, that are not necessarily features, e.g. server setup, etc.
- Ft: feature, this is a feature.
- Bg: bug, this is an error in the code that need fixing
Estimation
- General rule of thumb, estimate according to the complexity of the feature.
- Our sprints will be running for 3 weeks, in during this formative stage.
How do I get Assigned to an Issue?
- If you are core member of the team, you have the ability to assign yourself an issue.
- If not, you can drop a comment on the (an unassigned) issue to say that you would like to work on it, and go ahead and work on it. You don't need any clearance, as long as no one else is working on the issue.
