Add folder structure for documents

Be able to organise documents in folder structures. The folder structures should contain several levels and thus be organised similarly to the file structures of linux or windows. If the programming effort for this is initially too high, it would be best to start with folders on one level. In addition to the existing categories "Bible" and "Documents", it should be possible to add further categories such as "Comments" or "Books". It should be possible to move or delete documents from one category to another at a later stage. It should also be possible to edit the categories afterwards.

Might make sense if user has a lot of documents installed. those categories should appear also in bibles / books quick buttons in main bible view.

My intension is to add several documents to Bible+. The first book I have added is "The Genesis Account" from Jonathan D. Sarfati. It was easy to do and worked perfectly. If I add more documents, the book list will be very long and will be difficult to find later on a specific book. It is therefore essential to be able to access these books via a folder structure.
