Suppression du téléchargement de Eigen depuis le CMakeList.
Ajout d'un argument "EIGEN_ROOT" dans le CMakeList contenant le chemin vers la librairie eigen.
Ajout du téléchargement de CoMISo (optionel) depuis le dépot CoMISo de Anatoscope.
Ces modifications permettent de choisir le eigen qui va être utilisé utilisé par IGL.
De plus, cette variable est transmise au CMakeList de CoMISo
