Summary

Once Phase 1 is near complete, it would be good to do analysis and technical deep dive to compare before / after.

Details

Basically what is needed to support #20, like

  1. network analysis
  2. build times
  3. bundle sizes
  4. package.json / node_modules
  5. dev startup / refresh
  6. Lighthouse

Should also consider backing up the old site at something like old.analogstudios.net

As observed, the current site is not using production mode, so we should probably at least give Angular the benefit of the doubt here before and try and implement this doing a before / after analysis to better measure where all the bundle size is coming from. 🔍
