PLEASE READ BEFORE UPDATING

v4 includes support for Northstar's new native thunderstore package loading, meaning that mods that live in the current mods directory won't be managed by papa anymore. I suggest running papa export before updating to v4, then deleting the old mods directory and running papa ns init -f to ensure everything is set up correctly for the new version. After that you can run papa import to reinstall the mods you exported into the new packages directory.
