This will be used by website/install.sh when trying to upload data.json.
* Also check that $ALLSKY_SCRIPTS/postData.sh is the newest version and hence creates the newest-format data.json file. * Print message and exit if there's already an OLD allsky directory. * Minor clarification in error message.
