Initial Release

This release is an initial, feature-sparse release showing proof of concept. Implemented so far:

• Country class: used to set factor endowments and relative productivities on exemplar countries
• Ricardian class: models Ricardian theory of trade with two countries on two goods with a single factor of production, implemented autarky() and full_specialization() methods
