Decor Planner appears to be implemented incorrectly:
at the moment the decor planner and the player's normal house share designs, when they're meant to be separate, with Decor Planner always starting blank when entered.
Decor Planner is also supposed to allow the player to place any furniture, regardless of cost, while at the moment it is deducting from the player's wallet as usual.
It is also supposed to give off a warning before being existed, mentioning any unsaved bases will be lost, while at the moment no such warning is given.
