organism_file: File with two columns. First column uniprotID, second column organism id. Separated by " "

reactome_file: https://reactome.org/download/current/UniProt2Reactome_PE_Reactions.txt

Check test folder to see an example file of "organism_file" and command to download the "reactome_file" database
