- Has a slider that animates the text see home page image 2 to illustrate text change
- Has clear text explaining MetPlus as an organization and offering
- Has strong call to action to register as a Job Seeker or to register as an Employer
- Looks like we can drop "Home" since METPLUS brings the user to the home page.
- Clear description about MetPlus organization
- Needs a Mission and Vision Statement
- Reposition action buttons at both top and bottom, or to the side of page.

- Telephone number, email address and physical address needed
- Add arrow next to name to indicate submenus
- Has dropdown menu with option to choose My profile or log out (see first image under Administrative pages below)
- Change "Update Agency Person" to "Update Your Profile" (if viewer is not agency admin, and is agency admin but editing his/her own profile)
- Adding of buttons at the top just under the heading which links to the relevant sections, this eradicates a person having to scroll down but now move easily between pages/sections
- This layout can be used as a sample to update all other website pages throughout the system for the different administrative roles.
- Break up "Agency and Partner Companies" into "Agency" and "Partner Companies" sub-menus.
