  • I checked the documentation and found no answer
  • I checked to make sure that this issue has not already been filed

Issue Details

URL blocking rules with length 1-3 symbols must be ignored.
Example of the problem:
AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters#50888 (comment)

Actual Behavior

These rules can be applied at the moment.
