Added Whitelist Support!
Added the ability to only allow certain users be able send commands to the bot based on display name.
A file named whitelist.txt is included. Adding names to this file (in the format pictured below) and ticking the checkbox in the program will tell the bot to ignore commands from anyone that isn't on that list.
If the list is empty, the bot will take commands from anyone, regardless of if the checkbox is enabled.
