* Update .shed.yml with path to main * bump tool version with galaxy format (stating R environnement) 4.3+galaxy0 *Upgrading all conda dependencies to R4.3 *Deeply rewrinting xml as well as R code. *adapt R code to the latest version of factomineR *Simplify and slim tests
