Spin tables are one of the two possible options for multiprocessor startup on AArch64 with Devicetree since EBBR v0.6. However, their use has always been strongly discouraged (in favour of PSCI) and EBBR readers have always been warned that spin tables would become forbidden in a future version. Let's deprecate the spin tables for good and allow only PSCI for AArch64. Remove also the now-unused reference to Linux booting documentation. Signed-off-by: Vincent Stehlé <[email protected]>
