As discussed on the call, the idea is to start with the scripts in https://github.com/QIICR/dicom4miccai-handson/tree/master/scripts, and add the conversion script into a new "labs" directory. Later on we will consider whether this "lab experiment" will become an "example", or a "util", or will move into a separate repository.

This task will also depend on the mapping between radiomics features and IBSI document codes.

  • carry-over TrackingUniqueIdentifier from SEG into SR, if available
