Hi Richard,
I've moved stomach-related changes to a new branch for your review. 'Stomach 1' parameter set is now renamed as 'Material' and I have replaced the old version of the stomach scaffold with the new one (so there's no Stomach 2 in this PR). Sorry about including unrelated changes in the previous PR. You can proceed to close that PR.
I will follow the lung documentation and work on creating similar documentation for stomach and colon next week and put in another PR for your review when you are back.
