Sometimes we lose connection to the RileyLink, although it still seems to be connected (the RileyLink light is green, the RileyLink Bluetooth connection is or seems ok). We should implement an auto-reconnect mechanism that tries to reconnect to the RileyLink after a few (2 or 3) subsequent failures.

FWIW: I believe that Loop also does this.
