Hi,
I got it needed for myself, but I think it can be useful for everyone else.
The fix based on this article # http://hone.herokuapp.com/resque/2012/08/21/resque-signals.html
and it just adds a new setting term_child which is if set true will pass TERM_CHILD=1 to resque on start and allow handle Resque::TermException in jobs for correct job finishing
