Previously the password store implementation assumed that all the keys lived directly in the prefix directory. This change fixes Keys() to also return keys that exist in a subdirectory.

This change fixes Keys() to also return keys that exist in a
subdirectory.
This addresses one of the issues noted in 99desings/aws-vault#418 where no existing sessions were found.
