- add Assistants streaming support: Closes Supporting streams when running assistants #205
- Bug fixes: serialization and deserialization should lead to same data type: Closes The type of messages in deserialized CreateChatCompletionRequest are all SystemMessage #216, Closes Wrong type of function tools in Assistant #224
