This fixes #5266
Description
Adds a Select input to set the value for filters of type oneOf, manyOf, template, and riskCategories. Assignees is to be done in a separate issue.
Multiple templates may have the same property name within the same module name. These may have a different set of values. I have made a selector that combines all of the possible values for a specific module and property name.
