It is not clear what the "Technical level of the session content" question is asking. Or, perhaps it just is not clear how to answer. For example, I can understand that 5 stars might indicate that the technical level of the content was 👌 just right. However, what does 3 stars mean? Does it mean that the content was too technical, or not technical enough?
Maybe something like this would be more clear, and yield better feedback for the presenters?
(Please excuse the very crude mock-up)

Change the UI for the feedback on technical level of the session
to make it clear what the rating means (i.e. was the session too
technical, not technical enough, or just right)
