@yuvipanda, I believe you already invested time in the open support requests and are already up to date with the freshdesk tickets, but let me know if you want to chat about any of them in the coming days.

Also, it looks like we are a bit behind roles calendar. I'm not sure I'm able to edit it though. @choldgraf maybe you can help?

@2i2c-org/tech-team, I have talked with @yuvipanda, and given his ongoing trip and my upcoming away time, we found the following scheme that works for both of us and maximize the time we are available to serve in the support role:

May 25th to Jun 7th >> 2 weeks >> Damián
Jun 8th to Jul 5th >> 4 weeks >> Yuvi
Jul 6th to Jul 19th >> 2 weeks >> Damián

I have already updated the Roles calendar with these changes and I have updated this issue to start serving in the support role effectively by tomorrow morning.

@GeorgianaElena, I will revisit the existing support requests and ping you if I have any questions.

Even when I had to change plans because of COVID, I think it makes sense to keep the agreement outlined in #426 (comment), so we do not have additional confusion from last-minute updates.

@yuvipanda, can you please ack and confirm you are using the support hat from Jun 8th to Jul 5th. Thanks!
