The old Paypal doc did not require sign-in; it described the Paypal SMS key and linked to the key setup page, but did not describe or the software (Symantec VIP) or hardware keys or provide any way to set up software or hardware keys. This new link requires sign-in but provides buttons to set up SMS, software, or hardware keys.

Some providers, e.g. Fidelity, have a dedicated page 'notes' page on twofactorauth.org to explain the options and setup. Would it be acceptable to write an extended description there and submit that as a PR? |

Use this link to use the symantec VIP app for 2FA on ebay. If you go through the regular sign in, it only lets you use SMS |
