feat: tx-indexer and frontend integration #10

This PR adds a few things:

  • a tx indexer that can be ran with a docker-compose
  • a frontend service inside the docker-compose
  • a query inside the frontend to get the pools using the tx-indexer

To be able to run it easily in the docker-compose, I saw there are some release of the tx-indexer Dockerfile although I wanted for example to always have the latest version and not just a hash one
