Overview

• Converts all of Identity Details to use GraphQL API
• Updates several components to work with this, including pagination, but keeps the previous version until we fully migrate to keep the typechecks building
• Note: Still need pagination/sort/search adjustments but those are in another ticket. We also need to tweak the staking actions, but we're going to do that in a separate PR.
