App not showing in Volume Mixer & Volume stuck at 0

It was complicated but I managed to configure everything, once finish I turn on the game with the app and no sound plays. When I check the volume mixer in Windows, the App doesn't appear. I've already tried everything for my part, I haven't succeeded in anything, so for the information: I'm on Windows 10, I've never had any problems with my volume mixer before, I use a headphones for the audio and I have two screens. (I don't know if the last information help).
