是否因为最新版本的mapnik不支持windows导致的。

windows平台下，node-mapnik已经停止提供了3.6.2以上版本的包，所以你可以在package.json中锁定mapnik 版本为3.6.2或者自己编译最近版本的包。

    "mapnik": "3.6.2",
  }
