Alert Only for Chat Notifications

This is a new feature suggestion. How about adding a setting to alert only for chat notifications?

This would resolve the challenge with unwanted alerts. In other words, reduce the visual noise. Such as volumes mounted, folders opened, automated scheduled tasks completed, and so on.

By default this feature would be set to OFF. So that only interested users could turn it ON.

I would be happy to contribute testing and documentation if needed

The "Notifications Alert" extension already has that feature. Maybe some of its code could be recycled?
