Implement placePara-Tag in the z3c.rml-Parser #121

FEATURE REQUEST

It would be nice if the placePara-Tag would be recognized by the z3c-RML-Parser.
This would ease the placment if fixed formated text on the page.

What version of Python and Zope/Addons I am using:

z3c.rml-4.3.1
