Problem: when some projects are loaded, their appearance is odd: gray/dark colors, project name is generic “ZOONIVERSE - DO REAL RESEARCH”, no navigation arrow available to return to main menu / projects page (is this museum mode?).

Example to reproduce: visit Jovian Vortex Hunter project in app (NOTE: this issues seems intermittent -- cannot reproduce on specific project, but was able to on another)

OS: iOS
Device: iPhone 13 Pro (OS=15.5)
App Version: 2.9.1

Update: This bug results from "museum mode" being activated in cases where it shouldn't activated, due to a query for museum mode projects not being handled in the case of no logged in user. In that case, the API will return an unfiltered list of public projects due to it ignoring the user role based filtering param.

Proposed solution: disable the museum mode project query in the case of no logged in user.
