Markdown Editor preview should use props

There's a previewing prop and and in the state for the Markdown Editor. The preview below the editor is repositioned using CSS on PFE. This all should be refactored to properly use props and/or state and the preview should be more clearly configurable to either be below or be toggled using a button.
