Hey, I just downloaded this app onto my macbook pro and when I click it the app won't open. I tried deleting it and then re-installing it but same problem occurs. Any suggestions?

I have the same issue
I have upgraded my macbook and installed it again from App store and the application does not open
Any feedback...
Where the hell is the owner...
Why are you selling a product that is such a difficult to find support?
