More safe way to get document object #112

let document = vscode.window.activeTextEditor.document
...

Sometimes it will introduce

TypeError: Cannot read property 'document' of undefined

Need to be wrapped up in a Maybe Monad

Maybe.of(vscode.window.activeTextEditor).map((editor) => {
    let document = editor.document
    ...
})
