【20161102】整理一份react的脚手架 #42

目前已经有一份脚手架，不过由于babel 还是采用5.x 的，想要替换成 6.x，并且要集成进 redux，还有react 换成 15.x

TODO:待整理

初步决定fork 一个现有的，比较完善的脚手架，然后进行修改成适合自己的脚手架。

这个项目功能还是比较完善
