I have some doubts, I'm very layman on the subject, I apologize in advance kkkk

I downloaded QEMU and installed ubuntu, but my question is this, all these changes need to be made inside this VM that has ubunto right? if that's the case another question arises, wouldn't it be possible to do this in windows? or would it be windows running inside linux?

I'd like to play ragnarok, and I'm having a lot of trouble setting it up, due to my lack of knowledge. I'd really appreciate it if someone could help me.

This virtual machine is designed for Linux Host, which means that it must be run on a physical machine that has a Linux operating system.
It is possible to run a Windows virtual machine through qemu, but I'm not sure why you would want to run an Ubuntu virtual machine. There is no real need for it unless you have a game that requires running on Linux.
