请问上述配置中的 host:rabbitmq 是指向自己的rabbitmq服务吗，也就是本地跑应用还需要安装搭建rabbitmq？还是指向其他的

try
docker run -d --name rabbitmq -p 5672:5672 docker.io/rabbitmq:3-management

然后host 改成 127.0.0.1 rabbitmq
