Removing lower body keypoints

Hello,
I am trying to estimate 3D pose on upper body only, that is using only 11 keypoints and ignoring the lower body keypoint from the hip. Is there a way to remove keypoints or to not take the lower body 3D keypoint when not visible in the video.
