Release Notes for latest release (1.10.6) are not visible #1933

ISSUE: I see the latest release is out, but the changelog is not visible at https://github.com/zerotier/ZeroTierOne/blob/dev/RELEASE-NOTES.md

EXPECTATION: Release notes are posted advise us what the delta is so we can make an informed deployment choice.

IMPACT: Reduced confidence to deploy new versions.

(Sorry to become a process cop, but I got really burned by 1.10.4 and am now very timid to adopt changes. It will take me a while to restore trust.)
