Some addon comments, there is support for supabase which has a client side api and can be used without any backend code, when using zenstack it appears we can't utilise that anymore and need a backend code running,

Now coming to this issue, d1 makes it a perfect combination in that situation ...

Con being, the pricing of d1 compared to supabase seems higher..may be it's the bandwidth vs storage offset

ZenStack V3 will likely plan some bigger refactors and that'll probably be the good opportunity for a thorough review for D1 support.
