Feedback

This feedback originally from Scott in the Platform Slack: https://zendesk-platform.slack.com/archives/C1MKJQF5Y/p1598027055003200?thread_ts=1597107004.241500&cid=C1MKJQF5Y

The apps:update command requires you to enter the parameter values when updating. It would be nice to be able to provide a file that has those values, such as the default config file zcli.apps.config.json , just like apps:server does.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Use the command and note that ZCLI prompts for the parameters and doesn't let you update an app even if there are already parameters present in the installation or let you fill from a file (like apps:server does).

Issue details

  • Command: zcli apps:update
  • Version: @zendesk/zcli/1.0.0-beta.4 darwin-x64 node-v12.16.2
  • OS: MacOS Catalina 10.15.5 (19F101)
