Subscription Mock and Recording

Hi, I really enjoyed query mocking with Laika so far, and I did have a few questions.

• Can you provide a code sandbox for subscription mocking please. I don't understand it completely looking at the cypress code snippet
• What can we do for refetching the queries using mocks - I want my app to trigger the mocks after a particular query has executed but since Laika captures the query on app load it doesn't intercept it and let the query passthrough to backend.
