Add rollout packaging which is more lightweight and better for libraries than webpack.
Our webpack was ridiculously outdated anyway.
Closes #261 by babelifying the build.
I'm actually very unhappy with that, so let's follow up closely create-react-app and remove the babel stuff as soon as possible.
